District to distribute offline educational resources beginning Tuesday

Warren County School District will be distributing Phase One — Offline Learning Materials Packets — to all students on Tuesday.

These materials will be distributed using the already-established school bus runs. School buses will be running on a two-hour delay schedule.

The district expects the stops to take longer than usual, and is asking parents, students to be patient. The buses will stop at each home or bus stop on its route, and the packets will be distributed to the students or parent present at each stop.

Those collecting resources are asked to exercise social distancing when at the bus stop and when the packets are being distributed.

Those who are not able to be at the bus stops or do not have a bus stop may pick up their materials from Wednesday, April 1, to Friday, April 3, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the following locations:

Central Attendance Area (WAEC, Beaty, and WAHS) – Warren Area High School bus ramp;

Eastern Attendance Area (Sheffield Elementary, and Sheffield Middle-High School) – Sheffield Middle/High School main entrance;

Western Attendance Area (Youngsville Elementary, and Youngsville Middle/High School) – Youngsville Elementary main entrance;

Northern Attendance Area (Eisenhower Elementary, and Eisenhower Middle/High School) – Old Sugar Grove Elementary main entrance (Sugar Grove; Bear Lake — E01, E02, E03, E04, E05, E09, E10, E11, E17, E21);

Northern Attendance Area (Eisenhower Elementary, and Eisenhower Middle/High School) – Central Office Main Entrance (Russell, Lander – E06, E07, E08, E12, E13, E15, E16, E19).
