Central Warren County – District Justice Raymond Zydonik

Possession. Noah S. Entrekin, 20, Blasdell, N.Y., was charged by City of Warren police on Feb. 24 with marijuana – small amount personal use, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to stop at red signal for an incident that occurred on Feb. 19 in the City of Warren.

Simple assault. Dustin L. Campbell, 21, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Feb. 24 with simple assault, harassment, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct for an incident that occurred on Feb. 22 in the City of Warren.

Retail theft. Tabatha R. Babcock, 33, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Feb. 18 with retail theft for an incident that occurred on Feb. 11 in the City of Warren.

Simple assault. Peggy S. Haines, 52, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Feb. 18 with simple assault and harassment for an incident that occurred on Feb. 16 in the City of Warren.

Simple assault. Andrew S. Haines, 53, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Feb. 18 with simple assault and harassment for an incident that occurred on Feb. 16 in the City of Warren.

Northern Warren County – District Justice Laura Bauer

DUI. Edward C. Thornton, 41, Sugar Grove, was charged by Conewango Township police on Feb. 24 with DUI: Controlled substance/impaired ability – second offense, possession of a controlled substance, marijuana – small amount personal use, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while BAC .02 or greater while license suspended, and driving while license suspended for an incident that occurred on Feb. 23 in Conewango Township.

Western Warren County – District Justice Todd Woodin

Possession. Heidi L. Merritt, 38, Garland, was charged by Youngsville police on Feb. 19 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident that occurred on Feb. 7 in Youngsville Borough.

City of Warren

Domestic. A 17-year-old juvenile was cited for harassment on Friday, Feb. 21, after officers responded to a domestic dispute.

Sheffield Twp.

Terroristic Threats. At 7:07 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19, it was reported to PSP Warren from the Warren Co. Sheriff’s Office that a student at the Sheffield Area Schools allegedly made a terroristic threats. The school and suspect were investigated as a result and the case is currently under investigation.

Spartansburg

Burglary. On Sunday, Feb. 23, PSP Warren responded to Buells Corners Rd., Spartansburg, after the victim reported his camp had allegedly been burglarized. A generator, propane heater and other miscellaneous items were reported stolen. Investigation is ongoing, anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Warren.
