District Court – N. Warren Co.
Possession. John P. Houser, 31 of Westfield, NY, was charged with two counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and one count of criminal use of communication facility on Wednesday, Feb. 12, by Warren County Detectives
Corruption. Jeffrey J. Wells, 44 of Warren, was charged with corruption of minors on Wednesday, Feb. 12, by Conewango Twp. Police Dept.
District Court – Cent. Warren Co.
DUI. John Young, 67 of Warren, was charged with DUI highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) first offense, DUI general impairment/incapable of driving safely first offense, and no headlights on Monday, Feb. 10, by Warren City Police Dept.
Possession. Dale W. Harkins, 34 of Warren, was charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia on Wednesday, Feb. 5, by PSP Warren.
Mead Twp.
Theft. Between October 1, 2019 and February 5, 2020, Dollar General, Route 6, Mead Twp., reported they believed two individuals, a 43-year-old and 54-year-old females, have been stealing merchandise for the past five months. Investigation is ongoing at this time.
Sugar Grove Boro.
Drive Off. PSP Warren is investigating an alleged gas drive off at the Kwik Fill in Sugar Grove at 3:58 p.m. Monday, Feb. 10. The operator of the vehicle that drove off appeared to be a male approximately 30-40 years of age operating a gray Pontiac Grand Prix, license plate P995CZ out of NY. The vehicle is thought to be involved in prior gas drive-offs. The operator is suspected to live in the Jamestown, NY area. Farmington Twp.
Criminal Trespass. At 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, a 17-year-old female allegedly trespassed onto the neighbors property via horseback on Lanning Hill Rd., Farmington Twp.
Clarendon Boro.
Criminal Mischief. A 50-year-old female, of Clarendon, reported the left rear tire and right front tire were flat on a 2011 Ford Escape. The female believes her tires were tampered with or purposefully cut between 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9 and 9 a.m. Monday, Feb. 10. Investigation is pending review of surveillance footage.
