Pearson, 53, Kane, was charged by Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 3 with marijuana – small amount personal use, DUI: Controlled substance/schedule I – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance/metabolite – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance/impaired ability – first offense, disregard traffic lane and careless driving on Feb. 3 from an incident that occurred in Pleasant Twp. on Nov. 29.

Taylor, 22, Irvine, was charged by Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 3 with possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI: Controlled substance/schedule I – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance/impaired ability – first offense, disregard traffic lane and careless driving from an incident that occurred in Watson Twp. on Dec. 27.
