Judge Gregory Hammond took the following pleas during change of plea proceedings on Monday at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Kayla Brown, Clarendon, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – second offense and required financial responsibility. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving with accident – second offense, DUI: Controlled substance/Schedule I – second offense, DUI: Controlled substance/impaired ability – second offense and reckless driving were not prosecuted.

¯ Natasha J. McGraw, Youngsville, to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense and careless driving. Charges of DUI: High rate of alcohol – first offense and stop signs and yield signs were not prosecuted.

¯ Brandon L. Oaks, Sugar Grove, to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving vehicle at safe speed, careless driving and general lighting requirements. Charges of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, depositing waste and other material on highway, etc., reckless driving and operate vehicle without valid inspection were not prosecuted.

¯ Thomas F. Wolosyn, Warren, to criminal use of a communications facility. A count of sexual abuse of children was not prosecuted.
