W.Warren Co.

One-Vehicle Collision. At 4:38 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, Susan L. Atteberry, 61, of Titusville, was traveling east on Route 27, Eldred Twp. Atteberry was driving on a downhill grade when icy/snowy road conditions were encountered. Atteberry lost control of her vehicle, striking a utility pole on the right side of the roadway before rolling over and coming to final rest in the center of the roadway. The eastbound traffic lane was closed for approximately an hour and a half. Atteberry’s vehicle was towed. Grand Valley Volunteer Fire Department assisted police at the scene.

S.Warren Co.

Lost/Missing Firearm. At 1:58 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, a complainant from Triumph Twp. reported his firearm missing. The complainant believes it may have been lost or stolen out of his vehicle. Investigation is pending. The firearm is a Bonifacio Echeverria See Star Stainless Steel with black grips valued at $400.

Statutory Rape/Sexual Assault. On Sunday, Jan. 12, PSP Warren, with the assistance of Warren City PD, investigated an alleged sexual assault of a known 16-year-old female over the past three months. The investigation is ongoing.

Residential Burglary. Between Friday May 10, 2019, and Thursday, Jan. 9, someone allegedly entered a residence on Main St., Tidioute, and removed a crystal set along with flintlocks presumed to have been Civil War era.

Central Warren Co.

Assault Bodily Injury. At 6:10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, PSP Warren responded to reports of a physical domestic between a known victim and Mark Lundmark, 44 l, of Russell, that occurred on Friday, Jan. 10. The victim suffered suspected minor injuries. Lundmark was charged with simple assault, criminal mischief damage property and harassment subjecting other to physical contact.

Retail Theft. At 4:50 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 5, PSP Warren responded to Country Fair in Youngsville for a retail theft. Upon investigation, it was discovered there is video surveillance of an unknown male, appearing to be in his 50s-60s and wearing a blue jacket with yellow reflectors. He allegedly took a single can of iced tea and failed to pay for the item prior to leaving.

Residential Burglary. PSP Warren was contacted by a 30-year-old female, of Youngsville, regarding a possible burglary. The female’s ex-boyfriend was allegedly inside her residence when she returned home. Multiple items were damaged inside the residence between 3 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2019, and 9 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 1. While PSP was conducting an investigation, the female allegedly refused to cooperate with the investigation and requested the investigation be terminated. Items damaged included drywall valued at $200, lamps valued at $20, an alarm clock valued at $20, miscellaneous items valued at $100, and a children’s high chair valued at $50.

Burglary. Between Tuesday Nov. 3, 2019, and Saturday, Jan. 11, someone gained access to a camp on York Hill Rd., Brokenstraw Twp., by force through the door. Once inside, they took a compound bow belonging. Anyone who has information regarding this incident is asked to call PSP Warren or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Residential Burglary. PSP Warren responded to a York Hill Rd., Brokenstraw Twp., after the victim reported his camp was allegedly burglarized between Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2019, and Friday, Jan. 10. The two items reported stolen were a Remington 1100 Magnum 12 guage semi auto shotgun with wood stock and a blued 30″ barrel and a Franchi 20 guage semi auto shotgun with light brown glossy finish stock and engraving of a flying Quail. Anyone with information is asked to call PSP Warren.

Theft of Motor Vehicle. At 8:06 p.m. Monday, Dec. 30, 2019, a 48-year-old male, of Sugar Grove, reported that his gray 2006 Chevrolet Silverado had been taken from the parking area in front of The Bucket, Sugar Grove. The vehicle was recovered soon after.

E.Warren Co.

Retail Theft. At 12:42 p.m. Monday, Jan. 6, someone entered the Dollar General in Clarendon and removed an unknown item from a shelf and placed it in her purse. Another person took several items, placed them in a box that was listed for sale, and attempted to purchase just the box. When that failed, they fled in an unknown direction. The investigation is ongoing.
