District Court — N. Warren Co.

DUI. Kenneth O. Peters, 53, of Sugar Grove was charged on Jan. 3 by Conewango Township police with DUI general impairment, no headlights and driving without a license for an incident on Jan. 1 in Conewango Township.

Possession. Tina M. Marvin, 37, of Titusville was charged on Jan. 3 by state police at the Warren barracks with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use and possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident on Dec. 26 in Conewango Township.
