A Warren woman has been charged with indecent assault after allegedly grinding naked on an unwilling person.

Brook Zampogna, 42, of Hickory Street, is charged with indecent assault — without consent, and harassment.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, the alleged victim said she was lying in bed “with only a bra on” when “the defendant got on top of her, wrapped her legs around her and began grinding on her, naked.”

The victim pushed Zampogna off of her and ran downstairs, according to the affidavit.

Zampogna followed her down the stairs and struck her in the face, knocking her down, according to the police. “As the victim was getting up, the defendant continuously hit her with a closed fist and was grabbing her hair.”
