Three guilty pleas were entered while charges were withdrawn against two others during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants pled guilty:

¯ Amber L. Albaugh, Warren, to possession of drug paraphernalia. Four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.

¯ Charles S. Ferraro, Warren, to harassment. Charges including two counts of aggravated assault, resisting arrest, two counts of simple assault and two counts of harassment were withdrawn.

¯ Darrell C. Gesin, Grand Valley, to possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charges were withdrawn against the following.

¯ Jason T. Thomas, Warren. Thomas had been charged with disorderly conduct. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ David Zaner, Warren. Zaner had been charged with strangulation – applying pressure to throat or neck. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
