District Court – N. Warren Co.
Strangulation. Ryan David Myers, 72, of Warren, was charged with strangulation applying pressure to throat or neck, simple assault and harassment subject to other physical contact on Saturday, Dec. 21, by Pennsylvania State Police Warren.
Theft. Sheila Gay Lundmark, 70, of Russell, was charged with theft by unlawful taking movable property and receiving stolen property on Monday, Dec. 23, by Pennsylvania State Police Warren.
District Court – E. Warren Co.
Drugs Paraphernalia. At 11:12 a.m. Friday, Dec. 20, a traffic stop was conducted by Pennsylvania State Police Warren on a 2006 Chevrolet on Horton Ave./School St., Sheffield Twp. A search of the vehicle allegedly revealed act 64 drug paraphernalia. Charges against vehicle operator Tiera Oswalt, 22, of Sheffield, will be filed at a later date.
Theft. Sheba Darnell Sutherland, 70, of Jamestown, NY, was charged with theft by unlawful taking movable property and receiving stolen property on Monday, Dec. 23, by Pennsylvania State Police Warren.
DUI. Owen Michael Welch, 22, of Warren, was charged with DUI general impairment/incapable of driving safely first offense, DUI highest rate of alcohol (BAC .10-<.16) first offense, failure to carry license, exceed maximum speed limit established by 26 MPH and careless driving on Monday, Dec. 23, by Pennsylvania State Police Warren. District Court - W. Warren Co. Domestic. On Friday, Dec. 21, Pennsylvania State Police Corry responded to Corry Memorial Hospital for a report of an 18-year-old male, of Columbus, with injuries allegedly sustained from a domestic incident assault that occurred on Tuesday, Dec. 17 in Bear Lake Borough. A 54-year-old male, of Bear Lake, has been arrested regarding the incident and the investigation is ongoing. Commercial Vehicle Accident. At 1:22 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11, Mark E. Santiago, 42, of Erie, was traveling east on State Route 957, Columbus Twp., when a rear driver side tire of his vehicle, a 2018 Ford F350, ruptured causing Santiago to lose control of the vehicle. The vehicle veered across the westbound traffic lane and impacted a ditch on the north side of the roadway. Santiago reported no injuries as a result of the accident. The vehicle was towed from the scene due to disabling damage. Santiago was charged with tire equipment and traction surfaces. One-Vehicle Collision. At 3:21 p.m. Monday, Dec. 16, Brennan T. Guisto, 20, of Emporium, was traveling east on State Route 6 just east of its intersection with Baker Rd., Freehold Twp., when he failed to keep his vehicle within the eastbound lane of travel. Upon leaving the eastbound lane, the vehicle's tires slipped on the snow-covered shoulder of State Route 6. Guisto was unable to get his vehicle back on the roadway and the vehicle impacted the ditch on the right side of the roadway causing the vehicle to flip at least once. Guisto wore a seatbelt and reported no injuries as a result of the collision. The vehicle was towed from the scene by Dyke's Garage. Guisto was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic. One-Vehicle Collision. At 12:22 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, Robert J. Willyoung, 32, of Garland, was traveling west on Valastiak Rd., Freehold Twp., when his vehicle traveled off the northern berm and into a ditch before striking a tree and continuing across the road coming to a rest. Willyoung then allegedly fled the scene. The passenger of the vehicle, Justin Giordon, 36, of Sugar Grove, reported no injuries as a result of the collision. Willyoung was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic. Residential Burglary. At 12:19 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 27, Pennsylvania State Police Warren were dispatched to 4026 Youngsville Rd., Deerfield Twp. for a report of a burglary. Upon arrival, Troopers discovered multiple tools and food items allegedly were missing from the victim's garage. Also taken from the residence was a red 1997 Ford F350 diesel dually with a dump bed.
