District Court – N. Warren Cty

Hit and Run. At 2:30 a.m., Tuesday, December 10, Joshua J. Dyke, 28, of Jamestown, NY, was traveling south on Miller Hill Road in 2001 Nissan X-Terra when the vehicle traveled approximately 5 feet off of the easter side of the roadway in a southeast direction. The vehicle allegedly struck a tree on the eastern shoulder with it’s left front bumper and fender area then traveled approximately 20 feet in a southern direction prior to striking a culvert pipe. The vehicle then flipped over onto it’s roof and traveled approximately 23 feet. Dyke allegedly then fled the scene. Dyke has been charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Drug Charges. Joshua Scott Haskins, 23, of Warren, was charged with: manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; possession of a controlled substance; 7 counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia; make repairs/sell/etc. offensive weapon; driving while license is suspended/revoked and driving unregistered vehicle on Wednesday, December 11, by Warren City Police Department.

Perjury. Joel Henry Burkett, 75, of Cheswick, was charged with perjury and falsely pretends to be notary public office or hold a professional/occupational license on Wednesday, December 11, by Warren City Police Department.
