DUI. Robert M. Turner, 55, of Warren, was charged with DUI general impairment/incapable of driving safely first offense, DUI highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) first offense, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, driving while license is suspended/revoked, careless driving and no rear lights on Monday, December 9, by Pennsylvania State Police Warren.

DUI Collision. A 52-year-old male, of Spring Creek, was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic following a one-vehicle accident on State Route 426, Columbus Township, at 10:36 a.m., Saturday, December 7. The driver was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol after failing sobriety tests.
