Times Observer Photo by Katie Miktuk A roll over accident at 7:23 p.m., Sunday, November 17, on Conewango Ave, sent the driver to the hospital. The vehicle came to rest on it’s roof and the driver was not pinned. City of Warren Fire Department spent approximately an hour at the scene. EmergyCare transported the driver to the hospital for evaluation. Hillview Towing towed the vehicle from the scene. No more information was available as of press time. The investigation is ongoing by City of Warren Police. More information will be published when available.
