Our Opinion: Forward thinkers

We need representatives that aren’t afraid to put themselves out there.

Representatives that aren’t afraid to be the unpopular voice in the room. Not afraid to look past the complaining in front of their face… in order to do what’s best for … all of us.

Spock said it best: “The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.”

We have to put our trust in these candidates to be those representatives.

The Times Observer puts its trust in Republican candidates Ben Kafferlin and Tricia Durbin for Warren County Commissioner; Republicans John Wortman and Christian Zavinski and Democratic candidate Phil Gilbert for Warren City Council, and; Kim Angove as the Democratic candidate for school board, Region 3.

These candidates have all shown us the passion and courage to voice the opinion necessary to accomplish what we want.

You want.
