District Court – Northern Warren County

Possession. At 10:04 p.m., an 18-year-old male, of Youngsville, allegedly lost control of his vehicle and crashed on the side of the road. A small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were allegedly seen in plain view inside the car. Charges pending through District Court 37-4-01.

Theft. Daniel H. Nickerson, 34, of Clymer, NY, was charged with receiving stolen property and theft on Monday, November 25, by Pennsylvania State Police Warren.

Burglary. Steven Michael Klark, 36, of Warren, was charged with burglary – overnight accommodation, no person present, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property on Monday, November 25, by Pennsylvania State Police Corry.
