Joseph Paul Harrington, 26, of Randolph, NY, was charged with DUI general impairment/incapable of driving safely 1st offense, DUI highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) 1st offense, disregard traffic lane (single,) driving at safe speed, careless driving and failure to use safety belt – driver and vehicle occupant on Tuesday, November 19, by Pennsylvania State Police.

Possession. Michael James Connolly, 34, of Warren, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and false identification to law enforcement officer on Tuesday, November 19, by Pennsylvania State Police.
