District Court – Western Warren County

Drug Offense. Josh Anderson, 36, of Erie, was charged with possession of a controlled substance; manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility; and three counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia on Saturday, November 16, by Pennsylvania State Police.

Drug Offense. Brandon Ray Teslovich, 34, of Erie, was charged with possession of a controlled substance; manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; marijuana – small amount; three counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia; failure to carry registration; failure to carry license; driving while BAC .02 or greater while license suspended; exceed 55 MPH by 10 MPH; violate hazard regulation; fail to use safety belt; and operating vehicle without valid inspection on Saturday, November 16, by Pennsylvania State Police.

Harassment. David Zaner, 56, of Warren, was charged with strangulation – applying pressure to throat or neck and harassment – subject other to physical contact on Sunday, November 17, by Pennsylvania State Police.

Harassment/Drug Offense. Jeremy Michael Safford, 39, of Warren, was charged with simple assault; harassment – subject other to physical contact; and use/possession of drug paraphernalia on Sunday, November 17, by Pennsylvania State Police.
