Library photo contest entries displayed for public voting

Times Observer photo by Lorri Drumm Photographs entered in the “Mini Photo Contest” at the Warren Public Library, 205 Market St., Warren. The public is invited to stop by and vote for “People’s Choice.” Ballots are available at the circulation desk during regular library hours.

Just when you thought you could set your voting skills aside, it’s once again time to cast your ballot. This time you’ll be selecting your favorite photo.

The Warren Public Library is hosting a “Mini Photo Contest.” With fewer than the normal number of entries this year, the contest continues without the categories seen in the past.

All photos are being displayed and will be judged together, regardless of category or age of the participant this year. There will be a “Best in Show” award voted on by the judges and a “People’s Choice” award voted on by library patrons.

Display photographs are located on the first floor between new fiction and nonfiction titles.

The library is located at 205 Market Street in Warren. Ballots are available at the circulation desk and should be turned in there also.

Voting runs from today through Wednesday, Nov. 27.
