At approximately 10:40 p.m., Saturday night, Pennsylvania State Police conducted a welfare check on the 1200 block of Davey Hill Road for a reported suicidal male. After the male refused to speak responding troopers, the PSP C.E.R.T. team was activated and called to the scene. On Sunday morning after more than eight hours at approximately 0711 hours, the subject was taken into custody without incident.
