Commercial Burglary. At 9:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 18, unknown actor(s) allegedly unlawfully removed a 16′ wooden bench from the front of a 19-year-old’s, male, of Pittsfield, business on Route 958, Freehold Township. The actor(s) placed the bench into the back of a pickup truck that was gray or silver in color and fled te area east on Bull Hill Road. This case remains under investigation. Harass Physical Contact. At 5:10 p.m., Sunday, October 6, an altercation allegedly took place at a private residence on Turnpike Cemetery Road, Freehold Township. The altercation was ceased when Troopers arrived on scene. After interviews of people present on scene, two individuals were charged with Title 18 2709 (a)(1) harassment by physical contact. These charges wre filed with MDJ Woodin’s office 37-4-01.

Columbus Twp.

Harass Physical Contact. At 8:18 p.m., Wednesday, October 16, a 30-year-old male and a 25-year-old female, both of Corry, were in a verbal argument at a residence on Scotts Crossing Road, Columbus Township, when the male allegedly became angry because the female would not give his phone back to him. The male allegedly then grabbed the female and attempted to drag her through the residence. Charges are pending through District Court 37-4-01 for harassment.
