City of Warren

Possession with Intent to Deliver. Shawn Proper, 26, of Corry, was charged with possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on Monday, July 1, following an investigation. He was taken into custody by Corry Police Department on Thursday, October 3.

Aggravated Assault. Lindsey Markey, 31, of Warren, was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and harassment on Wednesday, September 11, after officers responded to a report of an unruly person.

Driving while Privilege Suspended. Kevin Findley Jr., 24, of Warren, was cited for driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, operating vehicle without a valid inspection and failure to yield roadway on Tuesday, October 1, following a 2 vehicle accident at Conewango and McPherson.

Criminal Trespass. Michele Buchner, 51, of Warren, was cited for harassment and criminal trespass on Tuesday, October 1, after officers responded to a domestic dispute.

Disorderly Conduct. A 13-year-old juvenile was cited for disorderly conduct on Wednesday, October 2, after officers responded to a report of a past tense fight.

Pine Grove Twp.

2-Vehicle Accident. At 3:01 p.m., Kelly A. White, 21, of Fredonia, NY, was traveling south on Market Street directly behind Linda L. Retterer, 54, of Russell. White allegedly failed to stop her vehicle before colliding with Retterer’s vehicle which had slowed and was attempting to turn onto Akeley Road. White’s vehicle made initial impact from the 11-12 o’clock position and sustained damage at the 5 o’clock position. Retterer’s vehicle came to a final rest eastbound on Akeley Road. White traveled off the west side of the road, coming to final rest facing south. No airbags were deployed in either cars and no injuries were reported as a result of the accident. White’s vehicle was towed from the scene by Bob’s garage. Retterer’s vehicle was driven from the scene. Police were assisted on the scene by Glade Township Volunteer Fire Department and EMS. White was charged with following too closely. Retterer was charged with required financial responsibility.

Sugar Grove Bor.

Harass Physical Contact. At 7:31 p.m., Thursday, October 3, a 54-year-old female, of Sugar Grove, alleged a 57-year-old male, of Sugar Grove, grabbed her wrist and twisted it during an argument before pushing her into a counter. The victim then fled the Race Street residence and called 911. The arrestee was cited for a violation of Title 18 2709(a)(1) harassment through MDJ Bauer’s office via non-traffic violation.
