A 15-year-old male, of Tidioute, has been arrested for allegedly sending an explicit image of himself to a 13-year-old male. The incident allegedly occurred sometime between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 25, in Pittsfield Township.

Through a state police investigation, it was found that the 15-year-old “allowed others to photograph him in a state of nudity.”

The photographs were allegedly disseminated to the 15-year-old’s social media account, “to his ‘story,’ and in a direct message to the 13-year-old victim.”

The 15-year-old was charged for a Title 18 violation of 6321 — transmission of sexually-explicit images by a minor through District Justice Todd Woodin’s office.
