Three guilty pleas were entered recently as a result of preliminary hearings held at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Dylon R. Curtis, Girard, Pa., to simple assault – mutual consent fight. Charges of aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault and harassment were withdrawn.

¯ Joseph P. Dorsey, Sheffield, to disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise. A count of loitering and prowling at night time was withdrawn.

¯ Benjamin P. Luczywek, Bear Lake, to two counts each of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.
