Retail Theft/Possession of a Weapon. Ralph Pratt, 55, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with retail theft after leaving a local grocery store with $111 worth of items he had not paid for. James Lindsey, 44, of Jamestown, NY, was charged with possession of an offensive weapon after officer located a pair of brass knuckles on his person during the same incident.

Terroristic Threats. Jason Haight, 29, of Warren, was charged with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and disorderly conduct on Monday, September 9, after officers responded to a report of a male threatening to harm the victims and damage their property.

Theft by Unlawful Taking. Cynthia Reid, 58, of Warren, was charged with theft by unlawful taking after she removed $771 from a debit account that was not hers.

Possession with Intent to Deliver. Lindsey Johnson, 34, of Tidioute, was charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of children following a traffic stop on Wednesday, September 11.

Harassment. Helen Bashaw, 82, and Stephen Bashaw, 56, both of Warren, were both cited for harassment on Sunday, September 15, after officers responded to a domestic dispute.

Public Drunkenness. William Marfink, 55, of Warren, was cited for public drunkenness on Monday, Sept. 16, and Tuesday, Sept. 17, after officers responded to an unresponsive male.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Harass Physical Contact. This incident occurred at 4:47 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 12, as a 26-year-old male, of Sugar Grove, reported that a 29-year-old female, of Sugar Grove, pushed him and grabbed him, causing scratches to his neck and arm. The 29-year-old female arrestee was cited with one summary count of harassment through MDJ Bauer’s office. No name was provided.

Mead Twp.

Residential Burglary. This incident occurred between 2 p.m., Friday, Aug. 9, and 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 7, as two camps on Willow Lane were damaged during an alleged burglary. A third camp was allegedly entered and items were stolen from the camp. The PSP Forensic Services Unit was contacted to process the scene for latent prints and signs of forced entry. If anyone has any information regarding this incident, contact PSP Warren or Warren County Crime Stoppers. An investigation is pending.
