City of Warren

DUI. Michael Whitling Jr., 24, of Warren, was charged with DUI – .10%-16%, DUI – general impairment and driving on roadways laned for traffic following a traffic stop on Saturday, August 17.

Possession of a Weapon on School Property. A 14-year-old juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct, terroristic threats, possession of a weapon on school property, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and harassment after officers responded to an incident where another student was threatened.

Aggravated Assault. A 12-year-old juvenile was charged with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct on Monday, September 9, after officers responded to a report of an assault.

Pleasant Twp.

DUI Alcohol. At 2:55 a.m., Sunday, July 28, Christopher Turner, 37, of Warren, was taken into custody for alleged DUI after several traffic violation. Charges were filed through MDJ 37-4-01.

Conewango Twp.

Drug Possession. At 1:53 a.m., Thursday, September 5, a traffic stop was conducted on a 2016 Chrysler and the passenger, Rodney Miller, 25, of Wilmington, NC, was allegedly found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Miller was also discovered to have an arrest warrant out of Allegheny County. Charges were filed through District Court 37-3-01. Miller was placed in the Warren County Jail based on the Allegheny Warrant and charges.
