City of Warren

Controlled Substance. Michael Vinopal, 41, of Warren, was charged with misbrand of any controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance on Wednesday, Aug. 21, after officers responded to a domestic dispute.

Public Drunkenness. William Marfink, 54, of Warren, was cited for public drunkenness on Saturday, Aug. 24, after officers responded to a report of a male who had passed out.

Public Drunkenness. Eric Conant, 37, of Titusville, was cited for public drunkenness on Monday, Aug. 26, after officers responded to a report of a suspicious male at a local park.

Theft from Motor Vehicle. Eric Conant, 37, of Titusville, was charged with theft from a motor vehicle on Monday, Aug. 26, after being witnessed going through a vehicle that did not belong to him.

Terroristic Threats. Harry Snyder Jr., 60, of Warren, was charged with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, disorderly conduct hazardous physical offense and resisting arrest on Tuesday, August 27, after officers responded to a local church to a report that he had pushed someone.

Chautauqua County, NY

DWI. On Tuesday, Aug. 22, at around 11 p.m., Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a report of a two-vehicle accident on Route 62 in the Town of Kiantone. Deputies arrived to find all parties were uninjured. Speaking with one operator, identified as Robert P. Rizzardi, 60, Russell, deputies found that Rizzardi had failed to yield to cross traffic at an intersection. Further investigation found that Rizzardi was intoxicated while operating the vehicle. Rizzardi was arrested and charged with DWI, DWI per se, and failure to yield.

Youngsville Borough

Hit and Run. Kiefer Weilacher, 24, is being cited for careless driving and accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle, as a result of a hit and run on Monday, August 19, at approximately 7 p.m. on North Main St., Youngsville. Citations have been filed through Judge Woodin’s Office.

Simple Assault. Youngsville Police investigated an assault that occurred on Monday, August 19, 2019 at an East Main St. Treatment Facility in Youngsville. A known 16-year-old male juvenile is being charged with simple assault and harassment for assaulting a staff member. A juvenile petition has been filed through the Warren County Juvenile Probation Department.

Criminal Trespass. Cheryl McIntyre, 55, of Youngsville, is being cited with criminal trespass, after Youngsville Police investigated an incident on West Main St. where McIntyre entered a residence without permission, and refused to leave immediately when the owner told her to leave. Citation has been filed through Judge Woodin’s Office.
