Columbus Township

Theft from Motor Vehicle. Between 8 a.m., Thursday, August 8 and 8 p.m., Tuesday, August 20, a pistol was allegedly stolen from a 56-year-old male’s, of Corry vehicle. The location of the theft is unknown. The investigation is ongoing. The pistol was a Smith and Wesson, 9mm pistol with black grip with nickle slide 10-12 round capacity, value $200.

Bodily Injury No Weapon. At 3 p.m., Sunday, September 1, John Frontera, 38, of Titusville, was invited by a 40-year-old female, of Columbus, which is allegedly a violation of a current Protection from Abuse (PFA). While at the resident on Route 6, columbus Township, the victim and Frontera allegedly got into an argument within the residence in which the victim was allegedly pushed by Frontera. After the victim was pushed, the second victim, a 16-year-old male, of Columbus, jumped in between Frontera and the victim in an attempt to stop the pushing from escalating. After jumping in between the two, Frontera allegedly grabbed and shoved the second victim into the wall of the bathroom and pinned him on the floor causing minor injuries. Frontera was later arrested at his residence and transported to Warren County Prison for his alleged crimes.
