City of Warren

DUI. Dawn McCollough, 48, of Warren, was charged with DUI – general impairment (refusal) and obedience to traffic control devices following a traffic stop on Saturday, July 6.

Hit and Run. Nicole Constable, 44, of Warren, was cited for accident damage to unattended vehicle or property on Wednesday, August 7, following an investigation into a hit and run accident.

Driving While Privilege Suspended. Alicia Viator, 43, of Warren, was cited for driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked and operating vehicle without required financial responsibility on Thursday, August 8, following a two-vehicle accident at PA and Schantz.

Unlawful Restraint. Zakhary Damron, 23, of Warren, was charged with unlawful restraint/serious bodily injury, simple assault and harassment on Saturday, August 10, after officers responded to a domestic dispute.

Public Drunkenness. Kristan Wester, 30, of Warren, was cited for public drunkenness after officers observed her having difficulty walking down the sidewalk and falling down on Saturday, August 10.

Pittsfield Township

Side Swipe Crash. At 8:04 p.m., Saturday, August 11, Tiffani N. Christenson, 32, of Warren, was traveling eastbound on Barton Run Rd in a 2007 Ford Expedition and Cody J. Wilson, 21, of Kane, was traveling westbound in a 2012 Ford F250 Supercab. Christenson’s vehicle moved partially into the oncoming lane while passing pedestrians along the roadway and allegedly sideswiped Wilson’s vehicle. Both vehicles sustained minor damage to the side mirrors. Both vehicles were driven from the scene by operators. Wilson reported a minor injury. Passengers with Christenson were a 6-year-old female and 7-year-old male both in front-facing child safety seats. Wilson was accompanied by Ciara J. Wittenburg, 19, of Kane. Christenson was charged with meeting vehicle proceeding in opposite direction.

Rear End Crash. At 10:30 p.m., Saturday, August 10, Rod J. Schlopy, 37, of Lewis Run, was stopped at a stop sign in a 2003 Dodge Caravan on State Route 27 at it’s intersection with State Route 6 waiting for traffic on State Route 6 to clear before proceeding. Nichole R. Peterson, 33, of Lewis Run, was positioned in a 1999 Ford F150 XLT behind Schlopy’s vehicle. Peterson allegedly began proceeding to move her vehicle forward to go before Schlopy began to proceed with his vehicle causing her vehicle to strike the back of Schlopy’s. No injuries were reported as a result of the crash. Both vehicles were driven from the scene by the operators. Douglas W. Bush, 66, of Warren, was a passenger in Schlopy’s vehicle. Peterson was charged with stop signs and yield signs.

Freehold Township

Residential Burglary. On Monday, July 15, PSP Corry responded to an alleged burglary that happened between 9 a.m., Wednesday, July 10, and 9:31 p.m., Monday, July 15, at a residence on Kidder Rd in Freehold Township. The victim. a 49-year-old male, of Beachwood, OH, related that unknown actor(s) entered his camp and allegedly removed a Verizon MiFi Jet Pack, $200, and a Kuna Security Camera, $100. The actor(s) fled the area in an unknown direction by unknown means. Anybody with information regarding this incident is encouraged to contact PSP Corry at (814) 663-2043.

Single Car Crash. At 8:19 a.m., Thursday, August 8, Kelsey L. Martin, 22, of Corry, was traveling east in a 2007 Chevrolet Impala on State Route 957 in Freehold Township. Martin attempted to negotiate a right curve and allegedly went off the south side of the roadway, impacted a ditch with its front end and continued to travel east along the ditch. Martin attempted to regain control of her vehicle and came back on the roadway and allegedly entered the westbound lane of travel. Martin allegedly failed to gain control of her vehicle and traveled back into the eastbound lane and again went off the south side of the roadway and struck an embankment with the vehicles front end. After striking the embankment, the vehicle spun 180 degrees counter clockwise and came to final rest along the shoulder of the roadway facing west. Martin was not injured but her vehicle sustained disabling damage to the front end and undercarriage. The vehicle was towed from the scene by K & R Repair. Also assisting at the scene was Wrightsville Volunteer Fire Department. Martin was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic.
