DUI Possession of Marijuana. Wendy Wightman, 48, of Warren, was charged with DUI – controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and rear lighting following a traffic stop on Thursday, July 4.

Failure to Yield. Jasmin Shirley, 18, of Sugar Grove, was cited for failure to yield following a traffic accident on Wednesday, July 17, at Pennsylvania Ave. and Hickory.

Failure to Stop at Red Signal. Laurie Dickson, 56, of Russell, was cited for failure to stop at red signal on Wednesday, July 17, following a two-vehicle accident at Market and Third.

Receiving Stolen Property. Matthew Bennett, 35, of Warren, was charged with receiving stolen property on Wednesday, July 17, following an investigation into a theft of a hedge trimmer.

Harassment. Richard Goodman III, 33, of Warren, was cited for harassment on Wednesday, July 17, after officers responded to a domestic dispute.

Keating Township, McKean County

Fatal Crash. At 10:47 a.m., Tuesday, July 23, Pennsylvania State Police Lewis Run responded to a two-vehicle crash. The operators of both vehicles, a 21-year-old male, of Elred, and a 79-year-old female, of Smethport, were pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
