Theft. At 6:48 p.m., Saturday, July 13, 21-year-old male reported American Eagle pants allegedly stolen from the area of Holly Street apartments. It was stated that the pants were ordered online and shipped via UPS when the pants were allegedly stolen from the porch of the residence. Anyone with any information is asked to call Warren Crime Stoppers at (814) 728-3600. The American Eagle pants totaled $37.

Sparta Township, Crawford County

Fatal Accident. At 2:35 p.m., Saturday, July 13, Terrance L. Rose the second, 35, of Lockport, NY, was driving a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country traveling west on State Route 77, approximately 0.3 miles west of Erie County Line Road, Sparta Township. Rose’s vehicle allegedly left the roadway, struck a utility pole, then overturned and came to a final rest on the driver side facing south. Rose was allegedly entrapped and determined to be deceased at the scene. Rose was allegedly not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident. State Route 77 was closed in both directions for approximately two hours while the investigation took place.
