Thursday arraignment hearings

Three guilty pleas were entered and eight not guilty pleas were entered during arraignment and change of plea proceedings on Thursday before Judge Gregory Hammond at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Graham A. Davis, Jamestown, N.Y., to possession with intent to deliver. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance was not prosecuted.

¯ Justin T. King, Titusville, to endanger welfare of care-dependent person. A count of harassment was not prosecuted.

¯ Tammie L. Yonkers to receiving stolen property. A count of theft by unlawful taking was not prosecuted.

The following defendants entered not guilty pleas:

¯ Austin T. Baker, Youngsville. Baker has been charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Amber L. Conrad, Jamestown, N.Y. Conrad has been charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and a count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Stuart N. Frantz, Sheffield. Frantz has been charged with possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.

¯ Cory J.M. Garris, Warren. Garris has been charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment and simple assault.

¯ Kenneth E. Kendall, Jamestown, N.Y. Kendall has been charged with DUI: Controlled substance – first offense, driving while under suspension, driving on roadways laned for traffic and driving at unsafe speed.

¯ Linda Manderfeld, Warren. Manderfeld has been charged with theft by unlawful taking.

¯ Stephen W. Smith, Ashville, N.Y. Smith has been charged with DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense and careless driving.

¯ Carly S. Sorenson, Warren. Sorenson has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and disorderly conduct.
