Columbus Township

Burglary. On Wednesday, June 12, at10:23 a.m., Pennsylvania State Police of Corry was dispatched to a report of a burglary on Spencer Road in Columbus Township. Upon arrival, troopers interviewed the victim who related that the unknown actor(s) arrived from an unknown direction by unknown means. The unknown actor(s) allegedly gained entry into a shed and removed a chainsaw. The unknown actor(s) then left by unknown means in an unknown direction. Criminal Simple Trespass. On Wednesday, June 12, at 11:13 a.m., Pennsylvania State Police of Corry were dispatched to a report of one unknown male and one unknown female allegedly trespassing on a property on E Main Street in Columbus Township. Upon arrival the victim reported the unknown actors walked around the garage beside her residence. The unknown actors then left the scene in an unknown direction prior to police arrival. Conewango Township

Fleeing/DUI/Crash. On Sunday, June 9, at 1 a.m., Conewango Township Police attempted to stop Justin Mueller for a traffic violation. Mueller allegedly fled and police were able to discover he had crashed into a residence on Laurel Street through an investigation. Mueller was located and arrested for allegedly driving under the influence, fleeing an eluding and various other traffic offenses. Mueller was placed into the Warren County Prison. Officers were assisted by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Warren City Police and Warren City Fire Department.

Kiantone, NY

DUI. On Friday, June 14, at 10:17 p.m., Sheriff’s deputies stopped Jeffery G. Sitler, 37, of Warren, for allegedly speeding on Route 60 in Kiantone, NY. Further investigation found Sitler to be allegedly intoxicated and that his privileges to operate a motor vehicle in New York State had been suspended. Sitler was taken into custody and after processing was released with traffic tickets. Sitler is set to appear in Town of Kiantone Court at a later date to answer charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08% or greater, aggravated unlicensed operation third degree and speed in zone.
