Harassment. Warren-based state police charged Brandi L. Hannah, 47, Tidioute, with harassment after she allegedly struck a 49-year-old female of Youngsville in the left side of the mouth with a closed fist.

Pine Grove Twp.

Possession. Warren-based state police reported that a traffic stop at the 1200 block of Townline Road on May 15 at 12:42 p.m. on a 1992 Chevrolet Lumina resulted in the discovery of drugs. Jeffrey Rowley, 38, Russell, was charged with possession through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.

Pittsfield Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on June 14 at 10:21 a.m. on Rt. 426 south of Chappy Rd. A 1990 Ford F-250, driven by Charles E. Smith, 69, Pittsfield, was traveling west on Rt. 426 when the vehicle left the north edge of the roadway for unknown reasons. The vehicle traveled approximately 305 feet, hit a tree and overturned, coming to rest on the roof. Police said Smith was flown to UPMC Hamot with injuries of unknown severity. Police were assisted by Garland VFD, EmergyCare, Dyke’s Towing and Starflight.
