Disorderly Conduct. Bradley Brown, 22, of Sheffield, Kyle Riker, 19, of Warren, and Thomas Riker, 51, of Warren, were all cited for disorderly conduct on Thursday, May 16, after officers responded to a report of a fight.

Harassment. Jennifer Bishop, 38, and Jerome Bishop, 37, both of Warren, were cited for harassment on Friday, May 17, after officers responded to a domestic dispute.

Simple Assault, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct. Nolan Martin, 30, of Warren, was charged with simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct on Friday, May 17, after officers responded to a domestic dispute. He was placed in the Warren County Jail on an emergency detainer.

Harassment. A 13-year-old juvenile was cited for harassment on Friday, May 17, after officers responded to a report of an assault.

Harassment, Domestic Dispute. Paul Eaton, 49, of Warren, was cited for harassment on Sunday, May 19, after officers responded to a domestic dispute.

Tidioute Borough

Assault. Between 12:30 p.m. and 12:50 p.m. on Friday, May 10, the suspect was allegedly misbehaving in the lunchroom at school and was instructed by a teacher to go to the principal’s office. The suspect refused to comply and the teacher followed the suspect to ensure the safety of other students as the suspect was allegedly visibly irritated and the teacher was concerned. After some time, the suspect walked away from the teacher before allegedly turning back towards her, raising several books towards his head and swinging them towards the teacher. The teacher raised her hands to protect herself and the books hit her in the hands. Investigation is ongoing.
