Traffic violation. City of Warren police report Charles Shields, 28, of Mayville, N.Y. was cited for following too closely after a two-vehicle crash on Jan. 11 at the intersection of Pennsylvania Ave. and Parker St.

Domestic dispute. Michael Hulings, 40, of Warren was charged by City of Warren police with strangulation, simple assault and harassment on Jan. 14 after officers responded to a domestic dispute. He was placed in the Warren County jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.

Harassment. City of Warren police report Joshua Kent, 32, of Warren was cited for harassment on Jan.17 after officers responded to a past tense domestic dispute.

Public drunkenness. Alicia Anthony, 42, of Warren was cited by City of Warren police for public drunkenness on Jan. 16 after officers responded to a report of a female who was yelling while walking on a sidewalk.

Drug possession. The Warren County Sheriff’s Office reports that Warren County detectives along with Warren County School District resource officers charged a 15-year-old female with possession of a controlled substance and six counts of possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident at Warren Area High School on Jan. 16.
