Stalking. City of Warren police report Tyson McVey, 39, of Warren was charged with stalking, harassment and loitering and prowling at night on Dec.1 after police responded to a report of a male on the roof of a residence of a known victim.

Hit and run. Lindsey Johnson, 33, of Tidioute was cited for accident damage to an unattended vehicle, careless driving, driving without a license, operating a vehicle without insurance and failure to notify police on Dec. 4 following an investigation into a hit and run accident on Fifth Avenue, according to City of Warren police.

Careless driving. City of Warren police report Hunter Drayer, 19, of Russell was cited for careless driving on Dec. 5 following a two-car accident at the intersection of Pennsylvania Ave. and Beech St.

Crash. Shonda Falber, 40, of Warren was charged with failure to yield the roadway following a two-car accident at the intersection of Market St. and Fifth Ave. on Dec. 6, according to City of Warren police.

Harassment. City of Warren police report Brenda McMillen, 45, of Sugar Grove was cited for harassment on Dec. 7 following an altercation with another person on Pennsylvania Avenue.

Theft. Jack Ferry, 43, and Matthew Porter, 27, both of Warren were charged with theft by unlawful taking (four counts) and loitering and prowling at night and Richard Fitzgerald, 36, of Clarendon was charged with receiving stolen property on Dec. 4 following an investigation into a theft from October, according to City of Warren police.

Burglary. City of Warren police report Jack Ferry, 43, of Warren was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property following an investigation into a burglary of a garage on Nov. 10.

Burglary. Matthew Porter, 27, of Warren was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property following an investigation into a theft that occurred on Nov. 19, according to City of Warren police.

Receiving stolen property. City of Warren police report Steven Amon, 45, of Warren was charged with receiving stolen property following an investigation into a theft of a bicycle that was reported on Dec. 3.

Irvine

Found property. State police at the Warren barracks are seeking the owner of a red Toro push mower found on Route 62 and National Forge Road on Oct. 17. Police suspect the lawn mower fell off the back of a pickup truck. The owner can claim the mower at the Warren State Police barracks.
