Five not guilty pleas were entered during arraignment proceedings held last week at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants pleaded not guilty:

¯ Zachary M. Cobb, Warren. Cobb has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, purchase, etc. alcoholic beverage by a minor, disregard traffic lane and careless driving.

¯ Angela M. Johnson, Russell. Johnson has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: High rate of alcohol – first offense, duties at stop sign and careless driving.

¯ Brenda K. Knisley, Warren. Knisley has been charged with conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver), possession with intent to deliver and two counts of criminal use of a communications facility.

¯ Zachariah Sobkowski, Erie. Sobkowski has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct – engage in fighting and public drunkenness.

¯ Justin L. Steinman, Warren. Steinman has been charged with possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility.
