Charges were withdrawn against one defendant while another was held for court during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Charges including two counts each of access device issued to another who did not authorize use, theft by unlawful taking – movable property and receiving stolen property were withdrawn against Dustin M. Sudul, Erie.

Benjamin Sudul, Russell, was held for court. He faces charges including strangulation – applying pressure to throat/neck, uses incapacitation device, simple assault, harassment and terroristic threats.
