Phone service down at ANF Supervisor’s Office
A United States government agency office in Warren County can’t receive phone calls.
The Allegheny National Forest is having phone problems.
“The ANF’s Supervisor’s Office phone system has been down since Thursday, June 8,” according to a Wednesday release from Public Affairs Officer Ruth Sutton. “Callers are hearing an ‘all circuits are busy’ message.”
The agency is aware of the problem and has been seeking a solution. “Technicians are working to determine the cause of the problem, but so far have not resolved the issue,” Sutton said.
Other lines of communication remain open. “Supervisor’s Office employees can still make outgoing calls, and receive and respond to emails,” according to Sutton.
“If anyone needs to speak to someone at the Supervisor’s Office, please call one of the districts and ask to be transferred to the appropriate employee.”
The Marienville Ranger District can be reached by calling 814-927-6628.
The number for the Bradford Ranger District is 814-362-4613.
