Defendants sentenced

The following defendants were sentenced by President Judge Maureen Skerda on Friday.

¯ Heidi N. Kenworthy, Sugar Grove, to 30 days to one year incarceration in the Warren County Jail with credit for 30 days time served on a count of conspiracy (possession of a controlled substance). She is eligible for immediate parole. She was ordered to pay $750 in fines and fees, to complete 30 hours of community service and participate in drug and alcohol and mental health treatment. Her driver’s license was suspended for six months. On an additional count of conspiracy (possession of a controlled substance), she was sentenced to 13 days to one year less one day incarceration with 13 days credit for time served and an additional 30 hours of community service.

¯ Anthony T. Pollaro, Warren, to three years probation, a $1,500 fine, $675 in fees, 90 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample and participation in treatment court on a count of criminal trespass – enter structure.

¯ Benjamin J. Seeley, Clarendon, to 2 days to two years less one day incarceration in the Warren County Jail with credit for two days time served on a count of simple assault. He is eligible for immediate parole. Seeley was ordered to pay $500 in fees, a $1,000 fine and $5,451.49 in restitution. He was ordered to complete 50 hours of community service, undergo an anger management evaluation and participate in the COG program. On a count of disorderly conduct, he was sentenced to one year probation.

¯ Kylie Ann Streightiff, Warren, to two years probation, $550 in restitution and $500 in fines and fees on a count of theft of property lost, etc. by mistake.
