County’s most wanted list has new name at the top

Warren County has a new number 1 Most Wanted.

The October list was released on Tuesday by the Warren County District Attorney’s Office.

Rickey Barr, 48, is the new number 1 and his co-conspirator, Robert Sheldon, is the new number 2.

Barr, last known address Tan St., Sheffield, is wanted for six felony charges: Publish, make, sell, etc. access device; conspiracy – publish, make, sell, etc. access device; theft by unlawful taking; conspiracy – theft by unlawful taking; receiving stolen property; and conspiracy – receiving stolen property.

Sheldon, last known address Wescott Avenue, Jamestown, NY, is wanted for the same offenses as well as 14 additional counts of access device fraud; one of conspiracy – access device fraud; theft from a motor vehicle; conspiracy – theft from a motor vehicle; and criminal mischief, all misdemeanors.

Barr faces seven additional counts of conspiracy – access device fraud; three counts of possession of an access device that is known to be counterfeit or altered; theft from a motor vehicle; conspiracy – theft from a motor vehicle; and criminal mischief; all misdemeanors.

He is described as a white male, approximately 5’8″ and 160 pounds with blue eyes and blond hair. Sheldon, also a white male, is 6’2″ and 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Last month’s number 1, Jordan Adams, is now number 3.

Adams is wanted for bail violations stemming from charges including forgery, theft by deception and retail theft from 2014 when he allegedly passed a total of 27 counterfeit $50 bills.

Adams is a white male and described by authorities as about 6 feet 2 inches call, 185 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. An Air Jordan tattoo appears on his neck in a jail mugshot.

His last known address, according to the Top 10 list, is Riverside Road in Jamestown.

Jacklyn Long, number 4 on the list, has been arrested, according to Chief County Detective Dee Barrett-Klakamp.

Long was arrested “by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant for failure to appear for sentence court after she was returned from Chautauqua County Jail where she was serving a sentence for unrelated charges,” Klakamp said.
