16 other sentences handed down on Friday

Sentences were handed down on 16 other defendants in Warren County sentence court proceedings Friday before President Judge Maureen Skerda.

Receiving sentences including state prison time were:

Clifford C. Adams, of Youngsville, was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in a state correctional institution; a $2,000 fine; $425 in fees; and psychiatric and psychological evaluations for recklessly endangering another person; six to 12 months, to be served consecutively with the previous count, with credit for 119 days served, for criminal mischief; a $25 fine and $45 fee for meet vehicle proceeding in opposite direction; and a $25 fine and $45 fee for reckless driving.

Zachary B. Miller, of Warren, was sentenced to five to 20 months in state prison, to be served consecutively to an existing state prison sentence, recidivism risk reduction incentive and boot camp eligible, a $1,100 fine, $300 fee, a drug and alcohol evaluation for criminal mischief.

Richard I. Foster, of Youngsville, was sentenced to 12 to 36 months in state prison, with credit for 17 days served, a $1,200 fine, $650 in fees, drug and alcohol and mental health evaluations, two years drivers license suspension, and submit a DNA sample for possession with intent to deliver; and an additional three months to one year in state prison, and a $100 fee for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Also sentenced were:

Joseph L. Blauser, of Russell, to 52 days to two years minus one day in Warren County jail with credit for 52 days served, four years of consecutive probation, $1,500 in fines, $1,025 in fees, drug and alcohol evaluation and counseling, 210 hours of community service, and anger management and healthy relationships counseling, for three counts of simple assault.

Joseph R. Campman, of Warren, to 90 days to one year in Warren County jail, work release and early reentry eligible, 48 months of probation to follow, $1,033.24 in restitution, a $1,500 fine, $700 in fees, attend and pay for the victim impact panel and alcohol highway safety school, 18 month drivers license suspension, 30 hours of community service, and outpatient drug and alcohol counseling for DUI: highest rate of alcohol – second offense; alternative punishment of five years, including 90 days in Warren County jail, nine months of house arrest with SCRAM electronic monitoring, and 48 months of probation, a $2,500 fine, $850 in fees, attend and pay for VIP and AHSS, 18 month drivers license suspension, and 30 hours of community service for DUI: highest rate of alcohol – third offense; one year of consecutive probation, $500 fine, $150 fee, 30 hours of community service, and anger management evaluation for recklessly endangering another person; and a total of $875 in fines, $180 in fees, and an additional six month drivers license suspension for reckless driving, two counts of careless driving, two counts of accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, and stop signs and yield signs.

Juan F. Castillo, of Warren, to two months to one year in Warren County jail, consecutive to an existing sentence, a $250 fine, $150 in restitution, and $325 in fees, for theft.

Taylor S. Holcomb, of Warren, to on year of probation, a $400 fine, $375 in fees, a drug and alcohol evaluation, an anger management evaluation, and 30 hours of community service for disorderly conduct.

Bradley E. Huling, of Corry, to six months to two years minus one day, with credit for 57 days served, a $500 fine, a $300 fee, a no-trespass order, and 40 hours of community service for unauthorized use of automobile; and a $200 fine, $45 fee, and a drug and alcohol evaluation, for driver required to be licensed.

Patrick N. Kiser, of Sheffield, to four months to two years minus one day in Warren County jail with credit for 89 days served, work release and early reentry eligible, a $1,000 fine, $425 in fees, a drug and alcohol evaluation, 30 hours of community service, a mental health evaluation, healthy relationships evaluation, and anger management evaluation for simple assault.

Darren L. McCaslin, of Bear Lake, to intermediate punishment of 45 days in Warren County jail with credit for 15 days served, early reentry and work release eligible, one and a half months of house arrest with electronic monitoring, and 54 months of probation, a $1,500 fine, $1,000 in fees, attend and pay for VIP and AHSS, maintain three alcoholics anonymous or narcotics anonymous meetings per week, obtain a home group and sponsor, and complete a 12-step program, an 18-month license suspension, and 30 hours of community service for DUI: highest rate of alcohol – second offense; and a $59 fine for speeding.

Sarah A. Munch, of Warren, to 90 days to two years minus one day in Warren County jail, work release and early reentry eligible, one year of consecutive probation, an $800 fine, $325 in fees, and 100 hours of community service for corruption of minors.

Jennifer S. Oakes, of Titusville, to five years intermediate punishment including 30 days in Warren County jail with credit for 14 days served, work release and early reentry eligible, 30 days inpatient rehabilitation, 30 days of house arrest with electronic monitoring, 57 months of probation, a $1,000 fine, $425 in fees, attend and pay for VIP and AHSS, 18 month drivers license suspension, 15 hours of community service, and parenting classes for DUI: controlled substance – first offense; a $200 fine, $45 fee, and one year drivers license suspension for driving while under suspension; and a $200 fine, and $45 fee for careless driving.

Michael J. Parsons, of Corry, to two years of probation, $4,039.94 in restitution, a $500 fine, $425 in fees, no contact with the victim, attend budgeting classes, and 70 hours of community service for bad checks.

Nicholas K. Rader, of Jamestown, N.Y., to six to 12 months in Warren County jail, work release and early reentry eligible, five years consecutive probation, $3,054.99 in restitution, a $2,500 fine, $875 in fees, 250 hours of community service, and a DNA sample, for 10 counts of criminal conspiracy that were merged into one count of criminal conspiracy – burglary of overnight accommodation, no person present, for purposes of sentencing.

Jedediah J. Turton, of Marienville, to one year of probation, a $300 fine, $325 in fees, 40 hours of community service, and anger management and healthy relationships counseling for disorderly conduct.

Scott A. Zinger, of Warren, to five days to six months in Warren County jail, work release and early reentry eligible, a $300 fine, $500 in fees, attend and pay for VIP and AHSS, a 12-month drivers license suspension, 15 hours of community service, and attend the DUI intervention program for DUI: general impairment with accident – second offense; a $25 fine and a $45 fee for careless driving; and a $25 fine and a $45 fee for operating without valid inspection.
