Warren Class of 1955 to meet
The Warren High School Class of 1955 will hold its monthly luncheon at the 302 Pub and Eatery on Wednesday, May 14, at 12:30 p.m. Classmates, spouses and friends are welcome to attend. Reservations are not necessary.
Second Harvest
to host food distribution
The next Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest Pennsylvania Warren County Produce Express food distribution will be held on Tuesday, May 22, at 3 p.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church, 445 Conewango Ave., Warren. The program supports income-qualifying individuals and families in need of food and takes place on the fourth Thursday of every month.
Caregivers Support
Group to meet
The Caregivers Support Group-Warren, will meet Monday, May 19, at noon at Grace United Methodist Church, 501 Pennsylvania Ave. E., Warren. Enter the building via the elevator entrance and proceed to the Wesley Parlor. Those attending can bring a bag lunch and beverage. Meetings are a time of confidential discussion and sharing of concerns from caregivers. Literature about the behaviors and different stages of those we care for is furnished by the Alzheimer’s Association. Other resources and books are available to borrow. Caregivers and those interested in learning about Alzheimer’s Disease or other dementia-related disorders are welcome and encouraged to attend. The support group meeting is open to the public. Blood drive is May 21
The Community Blood Bank will host a blood drive from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 12, at the Warren County Courthouse, 204 Fourth Ave., Warren. To donate, individuals must be at least 17 years old (or 16 with parental consent), weigh at least 110 pounds, and be in good health. Appointments can be scheduled by visiting www.fourhearts.org or by calling Edinger at 814-596-3395. Walk-ins are also welcome, but scheduling an appointment ensures a smoother process for donors. Blood donations take about 45 minutes.
Eisenhower Class
of 1973 to meet
The Eisenhower Class of 1973 will be having breakfast at The Bucket Cafe in Sugar Grove at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, May 15. Spouses, family and friends are welcome to attend.
