Christian Women meet

Warren-Jamestown Christian Women held its March luncheon on March 14 at Praise Fellowship Church, Russell. Speaker was Gwenn Scutella, Warren, speaking on how her faith in God motivated her to heal, rehabilitate and walk again to overcome paralysis after a brain tumor. The Tuesday, April 11 program at Praise Fellowship will feature Dean and Esther Mast, Jamestown, NY, speaking on the Gideons. Lunch is provided by the committee for $6. Bring a $1. Quilters’ Night Out

Quilters’ Night Out will meet Wednesday, April 5, at 6:30 p.m. at St. Paul’s Church. A Color the World with Quilts quilt show will be held Saturday, May 6, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, May 7, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Allegheny Community Center.

The Warren High School Class of 1951 will have lunch at Applebee’s at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 12.
