Classes to meet

for lunch

The Warren High School Class of 1953 will meet for lunch at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Cornerstone. The Warren High School Class of 1959 will meet for lunch at noon Thursday at the Cornerstone. Spouses and guests are always welcome.

Fair annual

meeting

The Warren County Fair annual meeting and election of fair board directors will be held Saturday, Nov. 19, at 8 p.m. in the 4-H building on the Warren County Fairgrounds. A review of the 2022 fair along with the election of seven directors for a three-year term will take place. Nominees include incumbents Dale Bliss, Jerry Jespersen, Rick Lowe, Jeff Reagle, Patsy Repine, Kent Sanden and John Ward. Other nominees include Kayla Dalrymple and Jessalyn Peterson Palmer. The meeting and voting is open to the public.

Retirees to meet

National Forge retirees will meet for breakfast today at 9 a.m. at Station 61 in Youngsville.

Garden Club

gathers

The Hill and Dale Garden Club met on Oct. 2 at the Wiltsie Church. The group agreed to donate $200 to the Sugar Grove Food Pantry. The club Christmas party will be held Dec. 14 at Ribs and Bones. Members are asked to bring items for the Rouse Bingo prizes and also a wrapped $5 item for the gift exchange. A program was presented on hydrangeas.
