Military Share distribution

Second Harvest Food Bank will hold a Military Share distribution at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29, at the Penelec Building — 1500 Pennsylvania Ave. West.

The Military Share program “delivers fresh, nutritious foods to families with at least one member who has served or is serving in the armed forces or National Guard,” according to a Second Harvest release.

The free distribution is drive-through only and first-come-first-served.

Trunk or treat

St John’s Lutheran Church will host a walk-through Trunk or Treat at 200 Pleasant Dr. in Warren. Families are invited to bring their children in costume for treats from 5-7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30. The event will be held rain or shine.
