ROAR Meeting

Revitalization of Akeley/Russell — R.O.A.R. — will host a town hall meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 23, at Russell United Methodist Church, 17 N. Main St. The meeting is intended to generate discussion on what the community would like to see R.O.A.R. do to continue to revitalize Pine Grove Township.

Cancer Support Group

The Warren Womans Cancer Support Group will be meeting this Thursday the 19th at the Warren Cancer Center at 6:00 pm. Terry Cook will be the speaker.

Watson’s meeting for Sept. 26 has been canceled due to the Fishing Tournament in Tidioute as well as Oct. 24 meeting due to PA State Grange. Upcoming Events include: Sept. 22 PA State Grange Host Committee meeting for 2020 in Erie at 2:30 p.m.; Sept.23 Road Cleanup-meet at Watson at 6 p.m.; Oct. 5 Mystery Dinner at Pomona Grange at 5 p.m.; Regular Meeting of Watson Oct. 10 with Birthday Dinner at 5:30 followed by the meeting and Auction Oct. 12 at 1 p.m. at Pomona Grange.
