Closure

The Tidioute Borough Office will be closed Monday, May 28th in observance of Memorial Day.

Garbage

Garbage curbside pickup for Tidioute residents will be one late due to the holiday. Collection will be on Friday, June 1st instead of Thursday, May 31st.

Yard Sales

One last call for yard sales! Tidioute Yard Sale day is this Saturday and if you are holding a sale and would like to have it listed, call the Borough Office at 484-7424. Sales are advertised on social media and the list is handed out at local businesses.

Wheels and Deals

This holiday weekend Tidioute will host their annual car show in conjunction with town wide yard sales for what is more commonly known as “Wheels and Deals”. Yard Sales begin throughout town at 8:00 am on Saturday while the car show is held from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm on the Fishing Tournament Grounds located at 90 Main Street. Registration and line up: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. with judging from 12:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Meeting set

The next World War II Planning committee meeting will be held May 23rd at 6pm in the

Tidioute Borough Office.

Miss Tidioute 2018

Allison Schratz won Miss Tidioute 2018 as well as Best Essay, People’s Choice and Miss Congeniality. Cassandra Rison won First Runner-Up. Basket Winners were #1 Wine and Wine Glasses won by Kathleen Smith; Avon Products won by Jessica Lindsay; #3 Diophy Purse filled with scarves, coin purses, bracelets, etc won by Julie Benner; #4 Family Game Night won by Majorie Manning and #5 Bathroom Products won by Cassie Rison. Winner of the 50/50 Raffle was Janet Schmidt for $32.50.
