The Pennsylvania State Police Warren Barracks is investigating an act of institutional vandalism at the Gouldtown Community Church. On Sept. 8, Pennsylvania State Police received a report of damage after an unknown individual or individuals spray painted the phrase "Hail Satan" on the exterior of the church located at 1860 Howard Road, Pine Grove Township. A Warren man identified by Warren police as a Boy Scout leader faces three third-degree felony counts of corruption of minors. Ryan Zavinski, 24, of Warren was charged with three-counts of third-degree felony corruption of minors - defendant age 18 or above, four counts of corruption of minors and three counts of indecent exposure after an investigation by Warren police officers.
