The discovery of a loaded handgun in a restroom is under investigation.

According to a source with knowledge of the situation, the gun was found at Warren Lowe’s. The individual claimed it was loaded after it was found by a worker. Law enforcement verified a gun was found but said it was Saturday night when it was discovered. The officer had no knowledge to whether the pistol was loaded or not.

Pennsylvania State Police handled the call, but cannot release any information at this time. Store management directed the reporter to Lowe’s public relations department but did not receive a response at the time of writing this piece.
